Our Services

Beginners Muay Thai

This class is perfect for students who are new to Muay Thai. In this introductory class, students build their foundation by focusing on their stance and are slowly introduced to each of the weapons of Muay Thai: kicks, punches, elbows, and knees.

The first half of the class is dedicated to conditioning using a variety of cardio and core training exercises to build endurance, strength, and stamina. The second half of class is dedicated to basic Muay Thai techniques and combinations. Classes incorporate pad work, partner drills, and bag work. A great way for students to get a sweat in while learning the basics of a new sport! All fitness levels are welcome!

Mixed Muay Thai

An opportunity for beginners to rub shoulders with intermediate level students. 45-minute warm-up followed by 45 minutes of technical drills, bag work pad work. Students are introduced to more advanced combinations while improving coordination, power, and footwork.

This class is perfect for those working towards a testing (yellow or blue), or for those looking to take their training or fitness to the next level.

Intermediate Muay Thai

These classes are for more senior students, or those interested in competing. Students begin to understand the theory behind certain movements and body mechanics. Clinching and sparring are introduced with a strong focus on “flow”. While enhancing both defensive and offensive abilities, more contact is involved as students prepare to enter the ring.

In order to participate in intermediate classes, students must have blue shorts accreditation. If you have previous experience from another gym, please give us a call.

Bootcamp

Made for all fitness levels, these classes are action-packed. Every class is different - combining aspects of cardio, circuit training, strength training, HIIT, and bag drills.

Made for all fitness levels, exercises can be modified to meet your needs. Small class sizes allow for more attention to detail, instructor feedback, and tracking of fitness goals. Please bring indoor shoes.

Personal Training

Have a trainer right by your side, guiding you each step of the way. Whether you are new to fitness, looking to refine your Muay Thai technique or relieve some stress - we will find a trainer right for you. Personal training is effective in delivering long-lasting fitness results. Our trainers offer personalized fitness routines with customized drills adhering to injury prevention and catering to students with physical ailments. Best of all, we work on your schedule!
