This class is perfect for students who are new to Muay Thai. Students build their foundation by focusing on their stance and are slowly introduced to each of the weapons of Muay Thai: kicks, punches, elbows, and knees.
The first half of the class is dedicated to conditioning using a variety of cardio and core training exercises. The second half of class is dedicated to basic Muay Thai techniques and combinations. All fitness levels are welcome!
An opportunity for beginners to rub shoulders with intermediate level students. The first half of class is dedicated to conditioning (more intense than a beginners class), and the second half is dedicated to bag work, pad work, and / or partner drills. Students are introduced to more advanced combinations while improving coordination, power, speed, and footwork.
This class is perfect for those working towards a testing (yellow or blue), or for those looking to take their training or fitness to the next level.
* Beginners are welcome, although it is recommended that they have been training at least 1-2 months, or have had a chance to learn all their basic technique with confidence (stance, punches, knees, elbows, push kicks, and swing kicks).
These classes are for more senior students, or those interested in competing. Students begin to understand the theory behind certain movements and body mechanics. Clinching and technical drills are introduced with a strong focus on “flow”. While enhancing both defensive and offensive abilities, more contact is involved as students prepare to enter the ring.
In order to participate in intermediate classes, students must have their yellow shorts or higher. If you have previous experience from another gym, please give us a call.

A combination of bootcamp and Muay Thai. This high-energy class incorporates weights, kettlebells, and ropes - in addition to gloves, bags, and pads!

Made for all fitness levels, these classes are action-packed. Every class is different - combining aspects of cardio, circuit training, strength training, HIIT, and bag drills.
Made for all fitness levels, exercises can be modified to meet your needs. Small class sizes allow for more attention to detail, instructor feedback, and tracking of fitness goals. Please bring indoor shoes.
