Get energized with a 30-minute HIIT-style warmup, followed by 30 minutes of high-energy kickboxing drills on our punching bags!

- We are so excited to meet you! For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes ahead of time, and our friendly staff will give you a tour of the space and introduce you to the trainer. If you own hand wraps or gloves, please bring them with you. If you are new to the sport, no worries! The class is beginner-friendly, and the trainer will guide you every step of the way!
