
Perfect for beginners and those looking to refresh knowledge of their foundation. In this class, students work on the fundamental elements that help solidify proper technique, form, and balance to execute beautiful Muay Thai! Coaches will focus on their stance, as they practice each of the weapons of Muay Thai: kicks, punches, elbows, and knees.
The first 10-20 minutes of class is dedicated to conditioning using a variety of cardio and core training exercises. The second portion of class is dedicated to basic Muay Thai technique and combinations. Classes incorporate pad work, partner drills, and bag work.
* All fitness/experience levels are welcome!
What to bring: Bottle of Water, Towel, and Muay Thai Uniform (Thai shorts, tshirt, hand wraps, and bag gloves). All items available for purchase in the gym.

An opportunity for students who have been training consistently for 2-6 months in Foundation Classes to brush shoulders with intermediate & advanced students. The first half of class is dedicated to conditioning (more intense than a Foundation Class), and the second half is dedicated to bag work, pad work, and / or partner drills. Students are introduced to more advanced combinations while improving coordination, power, speed, and footwork.
This class is perfect for those working towards a testing (yellow or blue), or for those looking to take their training or fitness to the next level.
*Recommended after training a minimum of 2-6 months consistently (3-4x per week).
*Must know basic technique with confidence (stance, punches, knees, elbows, hooks, uppercuts, push kicks, and swing kicks).
What to bring: In Mixed Classes, proper Muay Thai Uniform + protective gear is mandatory (Thai shorts, shirt, hand wraps, 16oz gloves, shin guards).
If Sparring (Yellow Shorts+); Mouthguard and headgear are required. All items are available for sale in the gym. Please also bring a water bottle and towel.

These classes are for more advanced students, or those interested in competing. Students begin to understand the theory behind certain movements and body mechanics. Clinching and technical drills are introduced with a strong focus on “flow”. While enhancing both defensive and offensive abilities, more contact is involved as students prepare to enter the ring.
In order to participate in intermediate classes, students must have their yellow shorts or higher. If you have previous experience from another gym, please give us a call.

Made for all fitness levels, these classes are action-packed. Every class is different - combining aspects of cardio, circuit training, strength training, HIIT, and bag drills.
Made for all fitness levels, exercises can be modified to meet your needs. Small class sizes allow for more attention to detail, instructor feedback, and tracking of fitness goals. Please bring indoor shoes.

This class is designed for moms looking to ease back into fitness while rebuilding their strength and confidence. We focus on full-body conditioning through a mix of strength, cardio, and core exercises designed to help regain energy and improve overall fitness.
The first half of the class is dedicated to targeted workouts that support post-pregnancy recovery and muscle toning. We also incorporate your baby into some drills and exercises in the safest, most supportive way possible! The second half combines fun, beginner-friendly Thai kickboxing techniques to build coordination and stamina. All levels are welcome!
